OUR LOBBY IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

For social distancing purposes, a maximum of two parties will be in-lobby at any one time. When you arrive, please contact our front desk by calling 530-661-2864 so we can coordinate entry. We will do our best to keep any delay as short as possible. 

Parents are encouraged to use Customer Connect to view case information and make payments online. You're also welcome to contact your case manager should you have any questions. You can access customer connect here:

Parents Receiving Support / Custodial Parties:

Any party receiving support in the form of paper checks is encouraged to enroll in Direct Deposit or sign up for an Electronic Payment Card (EPC). As our communities respond to COVID-19, a delay in processing paper payments may occur. Please enroll in an electronic option to ensure you receive support as quickly as possible. To enroll online, visit the State Disbursement Unit website and select Custodial Parties here:

Parents Paying Support / Non-Custodial Parties:

Effective March 17th, 2020, automated enforcement activities, such as bank levy and driver's license suspension have been suspended as communities across the state work through this crisis. In the event one of these actions began before this activity was stopped, please contact your case manager immediately so we may help you.

Parties and legal actions with the County of Yolo Superior Court:

  • The County of Yolo Superior Court is reopening through use of virtual appearances. Please contact your case manager should you have questions on an upcoming hearing.
  • The Yolo County Family Law Facilitator is closed until further notice.
