As of Thursday, March 19th, our public lobby has been closed until further notice. We still have staff working to serve you and the State Disbursement Unit is still processing collections and payments.

Parents are encouraged to use Customer Connect to view case information and make payments online. You're also welcome to contact your case manager should you have any questions. You can access customer connect here:

Parents Receiving Support / Custodial Parties:

Any party receiving support in the form of paper checks is encouraged to enroll in Direct Deposit or sign up for an Electronic Payment Card (EPC). As our communities respond to COVID-19, a delay in processing paper payments may occur. Please enroll in an electronic option to ensure you receive support as quickly as possible. Parents Paying Support / Non-Custodial Parties:

Effective March 17th, 2020, automated enforcement activities, such as bank levy and driver's license suspension have been suspended as communities across the state work through this crisis. In the event one of these actions began before this activity was stopped, please contact your case manager immediately so we may help you.

Parties and legal actions with the County of Yolo Superior Court:

  • The County of Yolo Superior Court is closed for most civil matters. The court is continuing all child support cases at this time. Most cases will be continued at least 7 weeks from the time of the original hearing date per the court. You will receive notice of the continuance date. You are also welcome to contact your case manager should you have questions on an upcoming hearing.
  • The Yolo County Family Law Facilitator is closed until further notice.
  • The County of Yolo Superior Court is not accepting legal documents for filing from our office. We will file them as soon as we are able.
