The daily park use fee is enforced at the following park sites: Cache Creek Upper Park site, Cache Creek Campground, Cache Creek Lower Park site, Capay Open Space Park and Grassland Park

- Disabled (placard/plate required): Free
ANNUAL PARK DAY USE PASS: If you frequent the Yolo County Park often, then an Annual Day Use Pass can save you a lot of time and money. The day-use annual pass is valid for parking at any Yolo County Park, except Knights Landing and Elkhorn Boat Launches. Annual Day-Use Passes are available starting in late December for the following year. Annual Day-Use Passes may only be purchased from the Yolo County Parks Division office at 120 West Main Street, Suite D, Woodland, CA 95695 or over the phone (530-406-4880) during normal business hours.
- Resident of Yolo County: $80.00 per year
- Senior resident: $35.00 per year
- Non-resident of Yolo County: $90.00 per year
- Senior non-resident: $45.00 per year
SPECIAL EVENT USE PERMIT: A Special Event Use permit may be purchased from the Yolo County Parks office. Please fill out the application form, here. Permits are subject to a $175.00 administrative fee. In addition to your application, please submit proof of required insurance coverage, as described in the Yolo County Insurance Requirements. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks to process your special events application.
