Status of Yolo County Parks

As of Monday, May 18, most Yolo County parks reopened to the public (see graphic for locations). The opening of these parks, and the ability to keep them open, is dependent on visitors following social distancing requirements and wearing a face covering when coming within six feet of other visitors. All picnic areas/tales, playground equipment, and sports courts will remain closed for the foreseeable future. Please enjoy these public resources responsibly and continue efforts to keep yourself and others safe.

Dunnigan Community Park and the Cache Creek Regional Park Campground (Middle Site) will remain closed until further notice. We are awaiting guidance from the state as to how and when the campground can be safely opened. We will provide updates as soon as have more information.

Putah Creek Fishing Access Site #3 is closed indefinitely. A portion of the parking lot collapsed during the 2019 winter storms. The Parks Division is working with various agencies to access funding to make the necessary repairs.
