Yolo County’s leadership team is the critical link between the Board of Supervisors, which sets the direction and policy for the organization as representatives of the people, and the employees of the organization, who implement the direction and policy set by the Board. Yolo County’s leaders model the County’s values of Service, Performance, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork, while advocating for programs and policies adopted by the Board and supporting staff carrying out the Board’s direction.
