Novel H1N1 Vaccine Clinics Update
(Woodland, CA) – The Yolo County Health Department, in partnership with Yolo County cities and many other community partners, is pleased to provide free Novel H1N1 flu vaccination clinics. To date, Novel H1N1 vaccination clinics for the general public have been scheduled as follows:
Davis
January 26, February 2 & 9, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
CommuniCare Health Centers - Davis Community Clinic
2051 John Jones Road, Davis
West Sacramento
Thursdays through February, 2:00-5:00 p.m.
Yolo County Health Department
500-B Jefferson Boulevard, West Sacramento
Woodland
Mondays & Wednesdays through February (excluding February 15), 2:00-5:00 p.m.

“As additional supplies of Novel H1N1 vaccine are now available, I encourage all Yolo County residents to take advantage of one of these opportunities,” said Dr. Joseph Iser, Yolo County Health Department Director-Health Officer. “This is especially an opportunity for parents of children, age 6 months to ten years who have received the first Novel H1N1 shot, to bring their children in for a booster shot.”
To expedite the vaccination process, participants are encouraged to complete, print, and bring with them to the clinic the vaccination screening questionnaire which is available online: www.yolobusinesspartners.org/forms.html (select: Medical Screening Assistant)
