Yolo County Child Support Survey

 Notice of Fee Change

Federal Law requires the Department of Child Support Services to charge $25.00 once per year to each Custodial Party that has never received welfare as long as the Custodial Party has been paid $500.00 or more for child support during the Federal Fiscal year (October through September). This fee will be paid in October 2011 (and every October after that, if due) by deduction from support paid to the Custodial Party. No action by the Custodial Party is necessary.
