Yolo Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee

The Yolo Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee (IGLCBC) consists of two members appointed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors, two members appointed by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Council, and three public members appointed jointly by the Tribal Council and the Board of Supervisors. The committee roster can be found here.

The IGLCBC is charged with reviewing applications and awarding mitigation grants from the state Indian Gaming Special Distribution Fund. Local government agencies (the county, cities, and special districts) affected by casino operations are the only eligible recipients of IGLCBC grants. The authorities and responsibilities of the IGLCBC are described in California Government Code Section 12710-12718
