To provide services within the framework of the Restorative Justice Model of Community Corrections to the community, victims, and offenders.
To collaborate with our criminal justice and community partners to provide accountability and treatment for offenders.
To comply with laws to the best of our ability within our allocated resources.
To maximize revenue from sources outside the county general fund by grant applications, entitlement programs, public contracts and user fees.
To provide offender services through quality evidence-based programs, delivered with fidelity while continuously measuring program efficacy.
