Woodland, CA – Yolo County Clerk/Recorder/Assessor and Registrar of Voters Jesse Salinas has announced that the annual Assessment Roll reflects a 5.66% increase, resulting in the sixth consecutive year of growth. Confidence in the Yolo County real estate market led to further expansion in the commercial real estate sector and a continued rise in housing development and pricing. The 2018 Assessment Roll has a current value of $27.21 billion, up from the 2017 value of $25.75 billion; an increase of more than $1.45 billion.
