Garden Composting Class February 24
(Woodland, CA) – Are you interested in learning how to turn garbage into gold for your garden soil? Join the Yolo County Health & Human Services Agency at the Hanna & Herbert Bauer Memorial Community Garden in Woodland for a free garden composting class on Saturday, February 24 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to set up and maintain small scale compost systems with the goal of creating nutrient-rich soil to help fruits and vegetables grow well.
